Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at sales6@luckuptech.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

1. What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

2. How do I start a return?

Simply contact our customer service team with your order number, and we’ll guide you through the return process.

3. Do I have to pay for return shipping?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

4. How long does it take to receive a refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

5. Can I exchange an item instead of returning it?

Yes, you can request an exchange for a different size, color, or model if available.

6. What if my item arrived damaged or defective?

Please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged or defective product. We’ll send a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

7. Are there items that cannot be returned?

Yes. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, used ear/headphone products or custom-made items cannot be returned unless defective.

8. Can I return a product bought during a sale or promotion?

Yes, sale items are still eligible for returns, unless otherwise stated in the promotion details.

9. How do I know if my return has been received?

You’ll receive an email notification as soon as we process your returned item.

10. What should I do if I haven’t received my refund yet?

If you haven’t received a refund within the normal processing time, please contact your bank or card provider first, then reach out to our support team for assistance.
